Crystals, Chakras and Colours You are an energetic being of love, intelligence and light. Your body’s energy system has 7 major chakras and many minor ones which constantly radiate and receive energy. Negative thoughts, difficult situations, fears and worries all affect them so that they may become dirty, shrunken or swollen. This can make you feel lethargic, listless and unsettled without knowing why. Your chakras also affect your intuitive abilities. When they're cleansed and balanced you can easily 'tune in' to information about your future and about other people. Each chakra has its own colour and vibration. Individual meditations focusing on each one will balance and cleanse. Working with a crystal that resonates with each chakra amplifies and quickens this process.

We will work extensively on each of the 7 major chakras to cleanse and fully balance each one. Your aura has 7 layers which ‘mirror’ your chakras. You will be introduced to sensing, scanning and seeing your aura and understand the meanings of it's colours. Your true self has boundless energy and crystal-clear intuition. You’ll be shown different chakra-clearing methods which are easily used during the course of your everyday life so that they become as routine as cleaning your teeth.
